Business Plan Development and Review
The Chelsea Center provided guidelines to companies on how to write business plans, and can review and comment on business plans. The Center also refered businesses to other sources of business plan writing and assistance.

Promotion
The Chelsea Center helped promote recycled products manufacturers through its Directory of Recycled Products Manufacturers. This Directory profiles over 160 manufacturers in Massachusetts who were using recovered materials as a feedstock in 2002. The Directory is used by public, private and non-profit entities that are interested in purchasing products and/or making business connections, and is used by the Chelsea Center to illustrate the breadth and strength of this important industry in Massachusetts.

Product Procurement
Have you wondered how to get the Commonwealth to buy your recycled product? The Chelsea Center workeds closely with the Operational Services Division (OSD), the state's purchasing arm, and MassHighway to identify recycled products for purchase by the State.
